Not a bad mat but they skimped out on the padding...way thinner than a foam wimp mat and at my age I like my padding...

In combination with the adaptable directional panel this IFAK fits perfectly on my belt and does not interfere with a medium sized backpack. Easily fits all the medical supplies I chose to pack.

If it can fit a 13 year old, it will no doubt-ably fit you. Quality is great and it was exactly what I was looking for.
